Camson is a fast growing Public Limited Company, with its shares listed at Bombay Stock Exchange and also listed at Bangalore Stock Exchange and Delhi Stock Exchange. The shares of the Company are presently traded at the Bombay Stock Exchange.

Main function of the Share Transfer and Investors' Grievance Committee is to supervise and ensure efficient transfer of shares and proper and timely attendance of investors’ complaints. The Committee comprises 2 (Two) Directors of the Company viz., Mr. Dhirendra Kumar & Mr. Krishnaswamy Ramaswamy. The Committee generally meets twice in a month (more in case required) to review and monitor the share transfer, transmission, issue of duplicate share certificate, dematerialization of shares and redressing of shareholder and investors complaints

Shares sent for physical transfer or dematerialization requests are generally registered and returned within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt. The Company has appointed M/s Alpha Systems Private Limited at No.30, Ramana Residency, 4 th Cross, Sampige Road, Malleshwaram, Bangalore – 560 003 as their Share Transfer Agents.
