Brief Job Profile:

Receiving Indents & recording – All over India and franchisee.
Intimate production unit – order received and follow up for timely despatches
To provide batch nos for raising Sales Invoice for Karnataka.
Despatch stock of Sales / Stock transfer / demo material / franchisee
Co-ordinate with marketing staff for positioning stock well in time.
Intimate the C&F / CSA / Regional Manager about the despatches ( stock transfer, demo materials, etc., )
Organising demo stock for any international enquiry and documents.
Handling exports consignments ( documentations and procedures ).

Logistics :
Obtain quotation from Transporter ( both inward and outward )
Workout on freight charges, get best quote, maximum credit period and service for various modes express and surface cargo etc.
Planning for Logistics for other production units and any other godowns ( inward/outward ) on billing / credit basis.
Signing the contract agreement with transporter / renewals.
Follow up for timely delivery with transporter and intimate branch office about the despatch.
Processing of Transporter freight bills as per agreement signed.
Followup with Accounts HO for any payment for transportation.
Follow up on claims with transport.

Stock Inventory :
Supervising the inventory level, ensuring minimum / maximum stock availability as per the lead time taken for purchase and supply.
To forward the MPR ( Material Purchase Request ) to the Purchase Dept after due verification of stock availability at stores.
Co-ordinate with Purchase Dept for the supply / pending items.
To keep the Purchase Dept updated on the material receipt, any difference in quantity and quality.
Verify the Purchase bills alongwith GRN, Certificate of Analysis (COA), MIR, Lorry receipt, Weight Bridge receipt, with payment terms, whether all the checks has been done or not and forward to Purchase dept for approval.
To update the management about the Inventory of Raw material, packing material and finished goods on fortnightly basis.
Followup & obtain stock statement from C&F / CSA on weekly / monthly basis for analysis stock position and slow moving stock.
Compilation of stock available and arrange for movement of stock from branch to branch.
Organise to bring back expiry and damaged stock from all C&F / CSA.

Insurance :
Followup on Insurance companies for Marine Cargo Insurance and get best quote.
To ensure marine cargo and stock at godown for all C&F / CSA are complied with and organize for reimbursements.
Submission of Monthly declaration to Insurance company.
Follow up for any claims.
Renew / Extension of marine cargo insurance well in time.

MIS :
To provide MIS on Daily and Monthly basis – Regionwise/ Productwise / Quantity wise, pending indent, order received, dispatched and pending status.
